This week I will be focusing on using only kind words when I speak to my husband. I tend to speak before I think and often times things come out in ways that are far from what I intended. It is never my intention to be unkind to my husband but it's not hard to be unkind without even realizing it. My plan for the week is to be conscious of the words that leave my mouth and to make sure that they are kind and build my husband up as opposed to tear him down. Wish me luck!

Marriage building is so important I will join in too but already have another post up this week and it is Tuesday in Australia.
It is so easy to take things for granted and not realise a partner is hurting deeply over even little things.
